2004 Robert Cowan Award Recipient

Each year Region III presents a special award to one of its members in the coaching or judging community.  The award is in honor of Robert Cowan who was a past Region III Chairman and USGF Men's Program Director.

To the left are all of the past recipients of the award who were at this year's Region III Championships.

Here on the left you can see the 2004 Robert Cowan recipient, Mark Sherman receiving his award.  Mark is currently the secretary/treasurer of the Texas Gymnastics Judging  Association as well as the Region III Judging Liaison.   He has held this position for the past eight years.
