2010 Mark Williams Judge's Service Award Recipient

In 2009, the Region III Board created a new award designed to recognize outstanding service by a judge to Region III. This award will not necessarily be an annual event.

The award was named the Mark Williams Judge's Service Award in honor of The Region III Board's first Judging Liaison, Mark Williams.  Mark has been a major player as a coach in both the Junior Program and High School program as well as being an outstanding member of the Texas Judge's Association.
