Routine Specific Bonus Performance Criteria
1. Run, hurdle to cartwheel
2. Immediate side chassé and 1/4 turn cartwheel with 1/4 turn closing legs together at the floor and Forward lunge to cartwheel with 1/4 turn. Do not turn shoulders early.
3. Tucked, piked or extended backward roll to stand, Straight arms throughout the backward roll
4. With either leg, step backward, lunge and execute a 180 turn to Arabesque stand, hold. 2 second
 
5. Close legs and execute a prone fall, then while rising execute a 1/2 turn left or right to rear support, lower to a pike sit position, straddle legs and lower to,
6. Pancake split.
Momentary hold of split required. 2 sec. hold allowed
7. Sit up facing A and close legs together. Roll backward through a candlestick position, and immediately Show full body extension while moving through the candlestick position
8. Roll forward to straddle stand
9. Press to headstand (hold 2 seconds)  and roll out to Stand. Straddle press to handstand, roll out (hold not required) 2 sec. Hold on headstand required.
No hold required for bonus press to handstand 
Power hurdle may be done immediately from roll or from a stand.
10. Swing arms downward and back upward with and Power hurdle to round-off rebound to stand.

Routine Description Specified Bonus Performance Criteria
1. Run, hurdle, front handspring,   Rebound allowed
2. With either leg, step forward and kick to handstand, straight arm roll out   No hold on handstand
3. Pike up to handstand   No hold on handstand
4. Forward 180° pirouette   1 or 2 hand placements
5. Pike down to straight arm back extension roll and lower to pancake split.  
Tuck or pike on back extension roll.
Momentary hold of split.
2 sec. Hold allowed.
6. Sit up, facing A and close legs together. Roll back through a candlestick position, and immediately,   Show full body extension in the candlestick position.
Hold allowed.
7. Roll forward to straddle stand, straight arm, jump off toes to straddle press to handstand. Straddle Press or From candlestick position in #6, stalder roll to handstand (momentary hold) Momentary hold of handstand.
Handstand hold allowed.
8. Straight arm roll forward and jump, with feet together, to two-foot takeoff front headspring,    
9. Lift either leg while executing a 90° turn to cartwheel, side chassé, cartwheel, ¼ turn out to front lunge    
10. Front Scale (hold), step forward with lifted leg while executing a 180° turn and bring legs together   2 second hold of scale
11. Run, roundoff back handspring, rebound to stand. Run, roundoff, back handspring, back handspring, rebound to stand

Description

This routine was shortened to three passes.

Routine Description Specified Bonus Performance Criteria
1. Run, roundoff, back handspring,
2. Tucked back somersault. Two Back Hand Springs before Back somersault Somersault at head height
3. Back extension roll with straight arms, lower down to prone position.  Raise hips and bring leg around to front split. 2 sec. hold of split.
4. Press up to Straddle Stand -  straight arm, straddle press to handstand (hold) From the split, roll forward to stalder roll to handstand (momentary hold) Momentary hold of handstand.
Handstand hold allowed on bonus
5. Diagonal- Run and punch to front somersault with controlled landing.  Show Landing on somersault, but stick not required..
Somersault at shoulder height
6. Forward roll, deep squat, jump through a pike to handstand with 1/1 pirouette -  Tucked or piked roll-out Great potential for virtuosity on this element. 3-4 Hand Placement on Pirouette
7. - Step with either leg to forward lunge, front scale (hold), step forward with 180° backward turn to stand with legs together. On lunge: The front foot slightly turned out, back leg straight and heel down.
2 second hold of scale.
8. Run, hurdle, front handspring, two foot take-off front handspring (bounder), rebound Landing with legs together.

 

LEVEL 7 (CLASS IV MODIFIED COMPULSORY) FLOOR EXERCISE

Routine Description Specified Bonus Performance Criteria
1. Run, roundoff, back handspring, layout somersault . Layout back somersault with 1/1 Somersault at head height
2. Back extension roll to early reverse ½ pirouette to prone support
3. Move either leg forward to split
4. From split, press to handstand - 2 second hold of handstand Optional corner to get to side facing position
5. Front handspring, Front Somersault (Tuck, Pike or Layout) Show controlled landing. Prone fall after the front flip is not allowed.
6. Open corner transition Be creative
7. Roundoff back handspring, back handspring to back tucked somersault Round off Whip back, back handspring to tucked somersault - Somersault at shoulder height
