LEVEL 4 (CLASS VII) HORIZONTAL BAR

LEVEL 7 (CLASS IV) HORIZONTAL BAR
There must be two front giants in a row and two back giants in a row.
The Free Hip, Stalder or Endo must be initiated from a nominal handstand for no deduction and must finish above 45 degrees for no deduction.
