Routine Description Specified Bonus Performance Criteria
1. From stand, jump to support and swing forward with open hips.   Forward swing 45 degree below horizontal
2. Swing backward   Backward swing horizontal
3. Swing forward   Forward swing horizontal
4. Swing backward   Backward swing horizontal
5. Swing forward to straddle leg position on bars,    
6. Immediately reach hands in front of legs and lift legs off bars, (straddle travel) and swing forward to "L" position (hold). Press from Straddle sit to "L" 2 second hold on "L"
7. Swing backward   Backward swing 45 below horizontal
8. Swing forward   Forward swing horizontal
9. Swing backward    
10. Swing forward    
11. Swing backward to dismount over either rail. Swing to Handstand 45° above horizontal at peak of swing

Routine Description Specified Bonus Performance Criteria
1. From stand or short run, long hang swing forward (tap swing, not glide swing)   Forward long hang swing to 45( below horizontal (bent knees allowed)
2. Swing backward to upper arm hang   45 below horizontal on swing backward (Bent knees allowed)
3. Swing forward in upper arm hang to upper-arm "cast" position   Momentary pause in "cast" position allowed.
4. Cast forward to back uprise    
5. Swing Forward - Swing backward to horizontal    
6. Swing forward    
7. Swing backward to 45° above horizontal 2nd backward swing goes to nominal handstand Body 45° above horizontal -
8. Swing forward    Body extended, hips above horizontal
9. Swing backward nominal handstand 3rd backward swing goes to handstand hold (2 second hold on handstand)  
10. Push off to the side dismount

Routine Description Specified Bonus Performance Criteria
1. From stand or short run, glide kip to support    
2. Swing backward to horizontal and bail to    
3. Moy to upper arm hang   Hips bar height at catch - An open or pike position can be shown
4. Back uprise to support - Swing Forward   Feet above rails with arms straight at completion of the back uprise
5. Swing Backward and lower into Straddle "L"    
6. Press out to above horizontal - Straight arm, bent body, straddle press to handstand (momentary hold) Hold allowed on handstand 2 second hold
7. Swing forward - Swing backward to handstand hold   Forward swing hips above horizontal  - 2 second hold on handstand
9. Swing forward - Swing backward to hop to 45 ° above horizontal Swing hop to nominal handstand  
10. Swing forward    
11.Swing backward to straight body wende dismount

1. From stand, Jump to Drop Kip    
2. Swing backward to horizontal and bail to

4. Back uprise to L hold - 2 second hold of L support    
5. Press to handstand (hold)   2 second hold of handstand
6. Swing down - swing back to    
7. Layaway to front uprise    
8. Swing backward to nominal handstand    
9. Swing forward and Swing backward to pirouette in either direction Early pirouette (either direction)  
10. Swing forward then swing backward to Wende Dismount OR Swing forward,  swing backward, swing forward to back tuck dismount.   Flyaway must show lift of the bars
